Do not pay for a Pit Stall unless you have been notified via email, text message, or at the track in advance. We need to set permissions on your account in order for you to reserve a pit stall. Please note that special events are not included in this lease.
VI. Pit Spaces A. Pit Spaces can be reserved for an annual fee (July 1 2023 - June 30, 2024) – A member will pay the total fee per pit space regardless of the date. Due July 1st and valid through June 30th of the following year, any excess paid for the first year will be credited to the second year’s fee if applicable. Failure to renew your HCKC membership releases your pit space. You may not transfer the right to use the pit space in any fashion. B. Fee Schedule 1. Trailer Accessible - $150.00
